What is Casa Firelli?
Casa Firelli is an Italian hot sauce brand handcrafted in Parma, Italy. Made from a family recipe using Calabrian chili peppers, balsamic vinegar, roasted red peppers, and porcini mushrooms, our sauces deliver authentic Italian flavor with the perfect amount of heat.
What varieties do you offer?
We currently offer four products: Original Hot Sauce, Extra Hot Sauce (with added Cayenne pepper), Truffle Hot Sauce (with real truffles), and Chili Crunch. Each is crafted with our signature Italian ingredients.
Is Firelli gluten-free?
Yes! All Firelli products are gluten-free, all-natural, and low in calories.
Where is Firelli made?
Firelli is handcrafted in Parma, Italy by the Agrimonti family. Each bottle is made with love, care, and years of Italian culinary expertise.
How should I use Firelli?
Firelli is perfect on pizza, pasta, eggs, salads, and any of your favorite dishes. Simply drizzle it on top to your desired spice level. It's also great in cocktails like a Bloody Mary!
What is the heat level?
Our Original sauce has a pleasant, balanced heat that enhances flavor without overpowering. The Extra Hot variety packs more punch with added Cayenne pepper. The Truffle sauce has a milder heat with luxurious truffle flavors.
