Our Story

Made with love and years of know-how by the Agrimonti family at their casa just outside of Parma, Firelli is lovingly made by Marco, Michele, and their team of heat-loving accomplices. What started as a family passion project has grown into Italy's favorite hot sauce.

Our Ingredients

Each variety of Firelli is crafted from amazing ingredients - Calabrian Chili Peppers, Balsamic Vinegar, Roasted Red Peppers, and Porcini Mushrooms. Our Extra Hot has extra Cayenne Pepper for added kick, and our Truffle uses real truffles and truffle flavors to give an amazing luxurious taste sensation.
